After visits to several other jewelers, Randy made us feel the most comfortable by listening carefully to what we were... looking for. He was never over-bearing or pushy. He never rushed us and gave us undivided attention in searching for the perfect diamond. He provided insightful information, extremely useful for making our decision, that went above and beyond what other jewelers provided – such as youtube links, showed pdfs, light performance insights. He did not stray from what we were looking for in the diamond and stayed within our budget and never tried to upsell us. He always accommodated our requests and was easy to contact via email and on his cell phone. His professional demeanor and attention to detail made this experience unlike no other. The other part especially important to me was the ability to try on many variations of bands – a great selection was available as compared to other places. My engagement ring and wedding band were made separately at different places, so they never quite matched. I went to... see Randy to redesign my engagement ring and he made me feel comfortable and confident he could make my rings look like a pair. I did my research and had a pretty good idea of what the ring would look like (oval cut with half pave band). Randy and... his team were very kind, attentive and knowledgeable which resulted in the exact ring I envisioned. For the diamond, Randy discussed some key traits to focus on and we found a GIA certified diamond, within my budget and exceeding specifications I was originally aiming for. Overall my experience at Randor Jewellery was great! I definitely recommend checking them out if you are looking for an engagement ring or even other jewellery/watches.read more

I wish I could give 6 stars because our experience with Randy was so amazing. We were actually about to go with another... jeweller, but then I found the exact same diamond on Randy's website for $1,100 less. That made us decide on Randy, who offered us a much larger selection of diamonds matching our specs and budget. We ended up with a much larger, high quality diamond than we thought we could afford and somehow still came in quite a bit below our budget! We picked up my ring today and it is so beautiful and perfect, I can't stop staring at it. The entire process with Randy was straightforward and transparent. Randy was awesome at getting back to all of our emails and questions, he was patient and flexible, often meeting us a bit outside of his actual store hours to accommodate our schedule. I cannot recommend Randy enough if you are looking for a custom engagement ring or piece of jewellery.read more
