After weeks of shutdown due to the COVID-19 quarantine measures, Randor is happy to
announce that our store is open for business once again!
As of now, we are meeting with clients at our store in downtown Toronto.
As we move forward, rest assured that we are taking serious precautions in order to keep
everyone safe during their visit.
Here’s an outline of the measures we’ve put in place to serve you safely:
Opening hours are Mon – Fri 10:00-5:00. Some appointments after hours Mon-Thur.
We are limiting the number of visitors in the store to two at a time.
We are not open to walk-in traffic for showroom visits – these are by appointment only.
Curbside pick-ups are available and must be arranged prior to pick up.
We require clients to wear a mask when they visit. We will provide a medical disposable mask
for clients if they come without a mask of their own.
We will require clients to use hand sanitizer upon arrival.
We will not wear gloves nor require clients to wear gloves as it will interfere with trying on rings.
We will sanitize every piece of jewellery clients interact with, along with the tools and equipment
we use in every transaction.
We will still maintain our normal return policies.
